Jake Hamilton is a passionate worshiper carrying the language and sound of reformation and revival. He has a deep desire to see generational and denominational boundaries blurred through the simple message of love embodied in the man Jesus Christ and lived out in the context of community. As an artist he desires to push the limits of creativity and as a father and a husband he is committed to his family first. But above any of his endorsements and accomplishments he is a lover of Jesus Christ with the ability to lead others into the same encounter that transformed his life over 15 years ago.


What artist launched his career as a hard-touring, heavy metal singer, then switched gears to become a church worship leader, before finally signing a Nashville record deal and making his mark as a songwriter and soulful R&B-groove-pop artist?

Our group began in the small town of Soldotna, which is located about three hours from Anchorage, in Southcentral Alaska. Most of us grew up in the same church, and we all spent a lot of time together.
This group of four guys has won the hearts of thousands since its debut release in 2004. Originating from Ontario, Canada, they’ve been awarded two Canadian GMA awards, multiple GMA Dove Award nominations as well as a JUNO nomination. CCM Magazine fans voted them as their “Favorite New Artist” in their Reader’s Choice Awards.
Jamie Grace is a musician, speaker and actress from Atlanta, Georgia. Diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at the age of 11 she lives life with a streak of resilience and dedication that is well beyond her years. She began acting and singing as a young child in school and church programs. A few years after her diagnosis of TS, OCD and ADHD she began pursuing music, acting and speaking as a career and a way to encourage other kids who may also have struggles in life.


To fully understand The City Harmonic, you have to take a look at the city and season that made this band possible. A real time: 2007. A real place: Hamilton, Ontario, a blue-collar steel town withering in decline, with high unemployment and hungry children in some of the poorest, most run-down neighborhoods in the country.



Jonny Diaz is an artist whose mission in life is to serve the Body of Christ. From the beginning of his music career, Diaz’s desire has been to write songs that entertain, encourage and challenge fellow believers.
